    nice weight loss! big difference, i started to lose weight too i used to be 220 dropped to 195 then went back up to 240 now im at 205, and stable!  Going to 170 by the summer XD!

    Great video! I’m sure it helps and motivate many others that they too can do it. I do have a question. How tall are you? You don’t look 145 to me at all, but I don’t know how tall you are. I’m sure you are muscular, but you still look very lean. Great job. Good to know there are people out there fighting obesity and doing better for themselves :)

    @ObscurusRaptus loosing weight has VERY little to do with exercise…you seem to have a lot of issues no to loose weight like the snow, no money, canada, you could be in california with a 24 hour fitness pass and you still won’t loose weight because of your eating habits…there is 2 and only 2 reasons why people gain weight..FOOD..not water or air …food!!! and the other reason is their mental state..remember it not what you eat…it is what is eating you that matters.

    @besamemucho5 “It is what is eating you that matters” Can you please explain what that means? Also, as had posted on my previous comment, I do eat healthy. No fast food, just whole wheat, some vegetables and fruits (what little I can afford goes to that), I eat meat say three times a week, either red meat or poultry. One vegetarian dish a week, all vegetables. My snacks consists of nuts, fruits and only water.

    @besamemucho5 (Part 2) So I think I got the nutrition part right, if not please enlighten me. The exercise thing is what I need to figure out, what works for me. Perhaps buying yoga mat or something might make the squeaking of the floor less so I can comfortably do at home exercises. Once the snow melts I can start walking/running outside. Unless there are more thinks I can do…then please let me know.

    @obscurusraptus if that’s what you are eating you need more protein. having near three times a week isn’t good. I have meat at least twice a day
